With ProTrak CRM, your Administrator (a non-IT business user) can completely re-configure the user interface to meet your firm’s unique needs without involvement from IT resources.
- The ProTrak Administrator can “re-purpose” any existing data field, add new fields, remove existing ones, or completely rearrange each profile screen. New data may include numeric, alphanumeric or user-defined pick lists.
- The Admin can define “calculated” fields that will update automatically as new information such as accounting metrics is imported or updated.
- Each ProTrak user can personalize the screens to show only the information panels or dashboards relevant to his or her job responsibilities.
