Founded in 1988 for the singular purpose of delivering a client relationship management (CRM) solution tailored to the needs of institutional asset managers, ProTrak International has not deviated from this strategy.  ProTrak, a privately-owned company, has made ongoing and substantial investments to continuously enhance our CRM platform to meet changing technology, market, and regulatory mandates.  The principals and senior staff, each with extensive investment industry expertise, have the savvy to quickly interpret change and apply highly-tailored solutions.

Market research in the late 1980s showed that there was no CRM technology solution that addressed the unique needs of institutional investment managers.  ProTrak CRM emerged with a focused CRM platform developed from the ground up to meet the complex relationship structures common in this industry.  In particular, since the investment managers had to deal with “client-facing” pension consultants, brokers, custodians and other advisory relationships in their fundraising and investor relations activities, it was determined that a multi-tiered, “many-to-many” relationship architecture was needed.
