August 11, 2004, Philadelphia International Advisors, LP upgrades to ProTrak Advantage Enterprise CRM

New York, NY (August 11, 2004) - ProTrak International, Inc. announced today that Philadelphia International Advisors, LP ("PIA"), located in Philadelphia, successfully completed the upgrade to the new generation of ProTrak Advantage Enterprise CRM. In addition to ProTrak's standard functionality designed specifically for the investment management industry, PIA will use ProTrak's Client Account Detail Service functionality to access and manage client's guidelines and restrictions, etc. ProTrak will also provide PIA access to sales and marketing information using the Nelson's Plan Sponsors and Pension Fund Consultants Directories.
