May 27, 2004, Breckinridge Capital Advisors implements ProTrak Advantage Enterprise CRM

New York, NY (May 27, 2004) - ProTrak International, Inc announced today that Breckinridge Capital Advisors based in Boston successfully completed the installation of the ProTrak Advantage Enterprise CRM system to help manage new and existing client and fund-of-funds relationships. ProTrak Advantage will help Breckinridge with Consultant marketing, effective mass mail / e-mail communications, managing complex "people" and "business-to-business" relationships, integration with incoming/outgoing Outlook e-mail and sales analysis / management reporting requirements.

Andrew Meyers, Chief Operating Officer commented: "We needed a product that would track the full life-cycle of a relationship, from the initial contact with a financial advisor through the account referral and maintenance process. ProTrak’s ability to create multiple relationships among advisors, client portfolios, custodians and interested parties fit our needs exactly.
