July 12, 2006, ProTrak International ships a major new release, ProTrak Advantage CRM 4.0

New York, NY (July 12, 2006) - ProTrak International, Inc., a recognized innovator and leading provider of client relationship management (CRM) solutions to the investment management community, announced today that they have begun shipping ProTrak Advantage 4.0 to existing and new clients.

This new edition of ProTrak’s popular CRM software includes new functionality as well as a number of enhancements to the search and navigation features that make the system even more intuitive and easier to use.

"In 2005, we added significant new functionality like the Automated Task Scheduler, the Workflow Template Manager and Mass E-mail distributions with Client Report Attachments. A primary goal for our analysts and developers this year has been "click elimination" – i.e. incorporating "1-click" functionality into the ProTrak work flow wherever possible – and great strides have been made with this new release" said Simon Koziel, President of ProTrak. Koziel also stated that release 4.0 contains over 75 new enhancements that were built on the ideas provided by ProTrak’s growing user community.

Some of the new features and work flow enhancements available in ProTrak Advantage 4.0 include:

• "Automated Email Folders" available for adding Outlook emails to ProTrak without user intervention.
• In addition to full synchronization between Outlook and ProTrak, users can now post individual Contacts, Tasks / Appointments in both directions between ProTrak and Outlook.
• The ProTrak calendar now includes new "views" that make it even easier for users to stay on top of their work flow.
• New features have been added to accommodate Hedge Fund and Fund of Hedge Fund processing. Examples include liquidity tracking, lock-up rules, fee tracking and administrative actions.
• E-mail processing has been enhanced to include sending e-mails in HTML format. Voting Options and Delivery / Read Receipts are included as well.
• The "look and feel" of the user interface has been enhanced to provide separate user-defined colors for the primary profile screens, improved search functionality and new user-customizable windows "docking" features.
• Enhancements to the Query Reporting Engine include the ability to place frequently used reports in the Reports section of the main menu and distribute them to selected users.
• "Field level" security has been added to ProTrak’s already comprehensive security / permissions matrix.

Initial users of ProTrak Advantage 4.0 gave rave reviews to this new release. For the past 18 years ProTrak has released an average of two major upgrades each year. The company is on schedule for a fall 2006, release of ProTrak Advantage 4.5. Some of the new features that will be available in release 4.5 include completely automated, hands-free synchronization with MS Outlook; historical market values to complement the existing transaction history; enhancements to Opportunity/Pipeline processing and additional upgrades to Blackberry synchronization.
