September 7, 2005, ProTrak International, Inc is pleased to announce the debut of ProTrak Advantage CRM 3.5

We are pleased to announce the release of ProTrak Advantage 3 .5. A number of major new features have been added that we are confident will enhance your day-to-day use of Advantage.

A New Company Profile Directory is Now Available

In addition to the Prospect/Client and Consultant/Intermediary directories, users may now take advantage of a third directory of company/entity information. The default name for this group is "Manager Profile" although it may be renamed to suit the users' needs. This new profile group will greatly benefit the research teams at funds of hedge funds firms who need to track and monitor a separate universe of hedge fund managers, or any other firm that needs to track vendor relationships, for example. Just as with the Consultant directory, companies in the Manager directory can be linked or associated in a many-to-many relationship with Prospect/Client profiles. Consultant/Manager associations can be established as well. For traditional firms, the new group provides an easy method for tracking information on competitive managers. Individual data fields in the Manager directory may be renamed and maintained separately from data fields in either the Prospect/Client or Consultant directories. All of the functionality available within the Prospect/Client and Consultant directories such as tracking Activities/Followups, Contacts, Report/Mail distributions, etc. is available for the Manager profiles as well.

Search Functionality Enhancements

Based on feedback from our users, we have redesigned the search function to provide a more intuitive and faster search capability. The search icon on the toolbar is active on all ProTrak screens for searching any or all of the three profile directories: Prospect/Client, Consultant and Manager. Clicking the search icon permits a user to select from the Prospect/Client, Consultant, Manager directories or "All", which will search across all three groups.

Calendar Enhancements

An "All" button has been added to the Calendar view options. This allows a user to view the Followups (calendar) for all users with one mouse click. Clicking the new "My" button will instantly return the user to his/her own calendar. Clicking the "Assigned To" button permits one to quickly view the calendars of selected individuals.

"Move Contact" Report/Mailing Options

The Move Contact function has been enhanced to capture all mailing links of the contact. In some cases a contact that moves from one company to another may be on the Report/Mail distribution list for a third company and receive account specific reports for that company. In this case one may, optionally, move the contact's Account-Specific Report/Mailing specifications to the new company.

Miscellaneous Enhancements

Based on our client's suggestions, a number of miscellaneous enhancements have been included in Version 3.5, including a new ProTrak icon in Outlook that is used to populate a contact's company and address information from the ProTrak database, additional Mailing label formats and further optimization of the mobile/laptop synchronization processes.
