ProTrak Advantage CRM 3.0

January 10, 2005, ProTrak International, Inc is pleased to announce the debut of ProTrak Advantage CRM 3.0

We are pleased to announce the release of ProTrak Advantage 3.0. A number of major new features have been added that we are confident will enhance your day-to-day use of Advantage and improve your firm's ability to respond to regulatory requirements. A summary description of these new features is shown below.

Task Scheduler

Advantage now provides a Task Scheduler. Each Advantage user can now preset various tasks such as Outlook Synchronization, Queries, various predefined reports, and mobile synchronization. This labor saving feature uses predefined parameters to automatically process repetitive tasks such as Import/Export Contacts or Calendars to Outlook, running various standard reports, running predefined Queries and performing Synchronization with remote sites and mobile work stations.

Outlook Synchronization

Important new features were also added to Outlook Synchronization. E-mails can now be imported en mass from the users Outlook folder(s). ProTrak searches the folder for any e-mails with a To: or From: address that matches the e-mail address of any Contact(s) in ProTrak. ProTrak then creates an e-mail Activity and stores the e-mail in the client's designated folder. This feature, combined with ProTrak's powerful context search, provides a data warehouse of relevant e-mails and allows search and retrieval for compliance and due diligence reporting. E-mail search and retrieval capabilities are key issues for hedge fund managers in the new SEC regulations that go into effect on Feb. 1, 2006. Advantage 3.0 also allows the administrator to set conflict resolution rules for any conflicts that arise during Outlook Synchronization and includes improved logging of any conflicts.

Workflow Templates

The new time saving Workflow Templates feature gives users the ability to "pre-program" multi-task scenarios such as RFP preparation, prospect/client meeting setup and any other repetitive project that involves multiple followups assigned to various staff members with pre-defined due dates. Generalized Templates may be created at the company level or individual user may define templates for their specific tasks. With only one click, ProTrak will generate all of the Followups (task assignments) with Due Dates and Attached Documents as specified in the Template. The generated Followups can then be customized and additional Notes/Instructions added to fit the specific project requirements. In addition, e-mails or transmittal letters can be quickly populated and sent, with standardized text and multiple attached documents.

Query\Ad Hoc Reports

Several enhancements were to the Query Builder and Ad-Hoc Reports. For example new totals were added, users can search fields for "excluded" text and queries can be linked to additional data bases such as Oracle, Access and dBase. This latter feature provides even more flexibility in linking outside data such as account holdings and performance data to ProTrak.

New Fields and Lookups

A number of new fields and lookups have been added in Advantage 3.0. New user-definable check box fields and drop-down (lookups) fields have been added to the More Info tab, the size of several fields have been expanded and the Client Folder field, which allows users to set a folder path for client specific documents can now be used to access/view any document in this directory directly from the Prospect/Client or Consultant profile.

Reports

Several Report Changes were made. These include the addition of an Account Detail Profile Report and the ability to export the report to Excel directly from certain pre-formatted reports.

Miscellaneous

A number of other miscellaneous changes have been made in Advantage 3.0, including the ability to view Followup Notes directly from the ProTrak Calendar, adding a new toolbar for the e-mail template, adding Account Detail and Performance fields to the e-mail and document templates, allowing attachment of multiple documents in a single browse, improving the way contacts are associated in Account Detail screens and enhancing ProTrak Synchronization to make it easier to use.
