FULLY INTEGRATED, CUSTOMIZED MARKETING DATABASES

ProTrak was the first CRM company to integrate the investment industry's key pension fund directories into a single common user interface. We provide full integration and built-in functionality to manage data from Standard & Poor's Money Market Directory of Pension Funds, and Nelson's Plan Sponsors / Consultants, for those requiring North American prospect information. For information on European prospects, we integrate the Directory of UK Pension Funds and their Advisers, published by AP Information Services, and International Pension Funds and their Advisors, published by Aspire Publications.

We built software around these directories so that all of the data can be viewed or copied within ProTrak's unique user-friendly format, and you will retain the integrity of the changes that you make. ProTrak Advantage provides extensive data query capability, mass mailing and reporting functionality with all of these marketing directories. Users may import additional industry databases such as the Alternative Investment Manager Database (AIM) published by the Alternative Asset Center. The AIM database provides valuable information on Hedge Funds and Fund of Hedge Funds.

We also have the expertise to extract and query data from additional industry directories upon request.
