"…We needed a product that would track the full life-cycle of a relationship, from the initial contact with a financial advisor through the account referral and maintenance process. ProTrak’s ability to create multiple relationships among advisors, client portfolios, custodians and interested parties fit our needs exactly. We were concerned about converting more than seven years of information from our existing CRM product, but the planning, data conversion and implementation went as smoothly, actually more smoothly than I had hoped for. In addition, having set up workflow templates to record activities for key events such as receipt of signed agreements, funding and authorization to begin trading, we had records of these events in a format that was clear and consistent across all accounts.
