ProTrak International has a highly seasoned management team. Many of us have worked in the investment and financial industries, and thus bring a plethora of hands-on experience to our company.

SIMON KOZIEL is the President and Founder of ProTrak International, Inc. and has over 30 years of experience in the investment management and consulting industries. He spent sixteen years working at several major investment management, banking and consulting firms, including J.P. Morgan Investments in New York City and Arthur D. Little in Boston. Prior to starting ProTrak, Simon was the President of a software consulting company that serviced the investment management community. Simon holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from the City College of New York - School of Engineering.

BRIAN ROSSO is ProTrak’s Director of Sales and Business Development.  Brian has more then 15 years of experience working in the Investment Management Industry.  Previously, Brian served as Vice President at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, responsible for raising capital/funds for their Private Client Group.  He also has served as Director of Sales and Marketing at a number of start-up software companies in Silicon Valley targeting the Financial Industry.  Brian holds a B.S. in Accounting from Towson University and holds a number of Securities Licenses, Series 7, 63 and 65.  

HANIA JACOBSON is ProTrak's Director of Consulting Services and has been with the ProTrak team since the inception of the company. Hania has been instrumental in implementing ProTrak's Data Converison/Migration policies & procedures.  Hania and her team have succesfully completed every ProTrak Client's migration from exisitng legacy systems to the ProTrak CRM platform. She works alongside the technical staff and provides operational support, new product design expertise and overall project management. Hania has more than 25 years of industry experience, working at major consulting and securities trading organizations, including Monchik-Weber. Prior to joining ProTrak, Hania was a Director of Pharos, Inc., where she played a key role in the design of a new options trading system. She later traded stock options and managed client portfolios using options as a hedging tool. Hania holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance from New York University.

EDWARD G. POSTRK is ProTrak's Director of Client Services. Ed has more than 25 years experience in the Financial Industry. He has worked for several major banking and investment firms including Republic National Bank and Scudder Stevens and Clark. Prior to joining the ProTrak team, Ed managed the Investment Technology Training and Development department for Zurich Scudder Investments. Ed holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry and Computer Science from Manhattan College.

GREGORY A. KOTLYAR is ProTrak's Director of Product Development and has been with the ProTrak team for the past 10 years. Greg has more than 15 years experience in commercial software development as a software engineer and consultant with special concentration in the areas of Statistics and Engineering models. Greg holds an M.S. degree in Mathematics from Kharkov State University. While at the University of Maryland at College Park studying for his Ph.D. degree, Greg was also a teaching assistant in the Department of Mathematics.
